TURF CONFERENCE UPDATE
Due to the weather and travel conditions the Turf Conference will have a delayed start on Tuesday (1 pm) and a longer day on Wednesday. Schedule below:

Wednesday - January 8, 2014
8:00 a.m. REGISTRATION (Coffee & Rolls)
9:00 a.m. EDUCATION
11:30 a.m. LUNCH
12:30 p.m EDUCATION
3:30 p.m. CONCLUSION

The ITF has designed a day and a half conference/educational event on January 7 and 8 at the Hyatt Lodge in Oak Brook, also known as Hamburger University (McDonald’s worldwide headquarters). While the event is simple, the planning behind it is not.

Tuesday, January 7

11:00 a.m. Company set up begins

12:00 p.m. Registration for onsite attendees

12:00 p.m. Education

4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Turf Conference Reception

Wednesday, January 8

8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Registration and light continental breakfast

9:00 - 11:30 a.m. Education

11:30 - 12:30 p.m. Networking Lunch

12:30 - 3:30 p.m. Education

3:30 p.m. Conclusion

• Two (2) high top tables during lunch, reception and breakfasts

• Three (3) pop-up banners to be displayed in education rooms
  
• 20 drink tickets for reception 
  
• Sponsorship for the Turf Conference reception
